RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Orders and packages need to be paid for in full before or at receipt, before you can open the package.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or if you simply changed your mind and would like to exchange or refund an item, we are here to help!
We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
* Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
* Returned items must be unused and in perfect condition
* Returned items need to be in their original packaging
* Returned items need to be accompanied with the order number
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
* Contact us either through telephone (on +201202400043) or through email (on support@woodworkerseg.com)
* Place the item in its original packaging and seal it
* Please send the item to the address: Kilo 26, Alexandria-Cairo Desert Road, Merghem, Alexandria, infront of Nissan service centre.
Additional Information:
* Exchanges and refunds will only be processed once the original items have been received by WoodWorkers
* Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 days after the items has been returned
* If the item(s) received are faulty, return shipping is free of charge.
* If the item(s) received are incorrect and do not correspond to your order in any way, return shipping is free of charge.
* If you want to exchange a non-faulty product for any reason, shipping fees will be supported by you.
* If you changed your mind regarding your purchase after the item(s) have been shipped, the shipping cost will be supported by you and it will be deducted from the refund amount.
